Senior Aseptic Environment Specialist

The Position

In this position, you will have an opportunity to work on projects and play a key role in the end-to-end implementation of projects, as well as in ensuring the effectiveness of daily production. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

· Leading projects to improve the facility in cooperation with other departments, ensuring support during ramp-up and optimization of processes.

· Playing a crucial role in ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements and continuously maintaining a high level of compliance.

· Actively participating in audits and inspections from both internal and external parties.

· Leading the CCS across the departments in the facility.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you have:

· A scientific background as a chemical engineer, pharmacist, biologist, or similar.

· A minimum of 2 years of experience within aseptic production processes, preferably within the microbiological field.

· Experience with inspections (required).

· Environmental monitoring experience (an advantage).

· The ability to communicate clearly in both Danish and English.

As a person, you are goal-oriented, responsible, and willing to take the lead both professionally and in cooperation with all professional groups in the department. You meet deadlines, are curious and not afraid to challenge, and dare to take control and gain an overview, for example, in cross-functional projects or systematic problem-solving.

 

About the Department

AM GE is the part of Novo Nordisk that delivers products for the treatment of hemophilia. Environmental Monitoring (EM) Support is a part of the Aseptic Production (AP) Support department, where around 200 motivated and talented colleagues support processes related to aseptic filling of vials. The EM Project and Cleanroom Support Team is responsible for supporting our filling lines by maintaining the classification of our facilities. The team ensures support to the EM operational support team and drives ramp-up activities and rebuilding of the facility. Your new department is characterized by a fast pace, high professionalism, and a positive, informal tone.
