Senior Assembler
**Job Title: Assembler 3** **Job Description** Execute complex assembly tasks, including advanced mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies. Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure the correct assembly of components. Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve issues in assembly processes and product functionality. Coach and train lower-level assemblers, providing guidance and mentoring on techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards. Ensure that the team adheres to all safety and regulatory compliance standards. Continuously review and recommend improvements to assembly processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other departments to resolve design or manufacturing issues. Perform final quality inspections and testing to ensure that the assembled products meet company standards and specifications. Maintain inventory of parts and materials required for assembly and ensure that stock is kept at optimal levels. Assist with the setup, calibration, and operation of automated or semi-automated equipment used in the assembly process. Use of Personal Protection Equipment will be required. Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
