Senior Assembly Associate

**_What Assembly contributes to Cardinal Health_**
Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production to put together component parts to make assemblies, sub-assemblies or completed units, using standard operating procedures. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
**_Responsibilities_**
+ Supports the training and skills improvement of new and existing employees
+ Maintain and update training records and certifications for all employees
+ Act as a site champion for all training questions and issues from associates related to the Inbound or Outbound operations
+ Regularly solicit feedback on opportunities to improve training programs
+ Retain appropriate PIT licenses and certifications related to the job
+ Develop and execute action plans to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) related to the effectiveness of the training program
**_Qualifications_**
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ 3-5 years related work experience and/or training required
**_What is expected of you and others at this level_**
+ Applies knowledge and company policies to complete a variety of tasks
+ Demonstrates a working knowledge of jobs outside area of responsibility
+ maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications
+ Works on assignments that are moderately difficult requiring judgment in resolving issues
+ May assist in recommendation of processes on new assignments
+ Adheres to all quality guidelines
+ Works with limited supervision. Work occasionally involves review of output by work lead or supervisor
+ May provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members
+ eDHR experienced required (High Level)
+ PRMS experienced required (High Level)
**Anticipated hourly range:** $15.50 per hour - $22.00 per hour
