Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. **ABOUT THE ROLE:** As an Investor Asset Management Sr. Consultant, you will be responsible for managing, exploring, and redeveloping large and high-profile portfolios in order to maximize value growth. This job is part of the Investor Asset Management job function. They are responsible for strategic advice, implementation, and advisory on conventional and innovative investment opportunities. **WHAT YOU’LL DO:** - Develop, Define, and execute asset business plans of the assigned portfolio. - Review the strategic real estate planning and execution for the portfolio assigned. - Develop periodic proforma reviews of key owned assets. - Lead all aspects of the day-to-day property and facilities management operation for the assigned portfolio. - Provide periodic asset performance reports to client and CBRE leadership for the account. - Manage cash flow distribution through tenant management, securing rent levels and cash control. - Optimize high-performance fees, manage cost reductions, and lead value growth by improving rental income and lowering the risk profile. - Develop marketing and property management strategies to increase the property's future value. - Present advanced asset management reports to clients. Review the performance of local property managers, in collaboration with the Sr. portfolio manager and implement efficiency initiatives. - Direct the input for the property valuations process and verify the correctness of valuations. - Seek out new business opportunities. Continue to strengthen relationships with current key clients. - Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives. - Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function. - Mentor others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function. - Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view. - Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies. - Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals. - Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Asset Manager position is $119,500.00 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Asset Manager position is $180,000.00 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
