Job Posting: Senior Associate, Client Reporting (Investment Manager)
Location: [Boston, Massachusetts]
Compensation: 80K-95K + bonus
Position Overview: Our client, a leading Investment Management firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate to join their dynamic Investor Services Team. In this key position, you will be responsible for producing monthly and quarterly client reporting, populating consultant databases and questionnaires, and handling various business-related data requests. The role offers regular interaction with Senior Management, Investment Analysts, and Client Portfolio Managers, providing exposure to all aspects of fixed income investment management. Key Responsibilities:
Produce and disseminate recurring and ad hoc client, consultant, and prospect-driven data requests related to fixed income investments.Populate and conduct data integrity checks on investment-related database platforms to ensure accurate and timely updates for fixed income portfolios.Meet client-driven deadlines for reporting, adhering to weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules.Leverage Excel-based internal reports and PowerBI Dashboards for data management and visualization of fixed income investment data.Initiate and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency, streamline production, and improve turnaround times for fixed income reporting.Respond to ad hoc requests and collaborate with internal teams to meet growing business needs in the fixed income space.Work directly with clients to ensure all data requirements related to fixed income investments are met.Partner with Regulatory Compliance to maintain marketing rules and standards specific to fixed income investment management.Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of investment industry experience in a data-driven role, preferably in fixed income investment management.Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills, particularly in the context of fixed income data.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to adapt and adjust direction to meet evolving business objectives, especially within fixed income markets.Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.Experience with online databases and software (eVestment, Morningstar, Bloomberg, investment consultant-specific platforms) is preferred but not required.Why Join Our Client: This role offers exposure to a variety of fixed income investment management functions and an opportunity to collaborate with a high-performing team.
