We are currently seeking a Senior Associate, Client Service to join our team.
The Senior Associate, Client Service is an integral part of APC’s institutional business development team. The individual is responsible for RFPs and questionnaire completions, populating and maintaining various industry databases, client support for the relationship management team, and ad-hoc requests related to marketing APC products as needed. Demonstrated proficiency in fixed income is preferred. Attention to detail, ability to take ownership of related responsibilities, and time management are important attributes for the role.
What You Will Do:
+ Oversee and assist in completing various aspects of internal business development functions.
+ Including, but not limited to:
+ Complete Requests for Proposal (RFP’s) and Requests for Information (RFI’s).
+ Update industry databases such as eVestment, CallanDNA, and Diligence Vault.
+ Support the internal relationship management team.
+ Work on ad-hoc projects related to marketing APC’s products.
+ Work with Bloomberg, FactSet, eVestment reporting, and standardized reports.
What You Will Need:
+ Degree from an accredited college or university.
+ 3-5 years of industry related work experience.
+ Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
+ proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
+ Experience with Responsive, Qvidian, or other RFP software is preferred.
+ Attention to detail and a sense of ownership of responsibilities assigned.
+ Knowledge of fixed income markets.
+ Team-oriented approach and ready to contribute wherever needed.
+ Openness to evolving responsibilities as business needs change and skills develop.
+ Adapts effectively to shifting deadlines and priorities.
+ Be adept at recognizing problems and independently recommending ways to improve productivity and efficiency.

Compensation Range: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00, plus discretionary bonus.
Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, education, internal equity, and physical work location within the state.
This is a hybrid role, based in our Newport Beach, CA office.
