**Senior Associate, Clinical Contracts & Budgets**
**What you will do**
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role the Senior Associate, Clinical Contracts & Budgets, will manage the contract process for the sites for all contracts.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Negotiate contract with site, responding to comments within defined parameters set (produced by legal) and seeking legal input for issues outside parameters set
+ Initiate and participates in meetings with site/legal to resolve contract issues
+ Prepare/coordinate translations of contracts as required.
+ Track contract progression using appropriate systems
+ Responsible for the contracting process for locally outsourced studies
+ Ensure signature process is complete
+ Storage and archiving of contracts for country
+ Lead the review of the budget template with local project manager for country feedback on FMV (Fair Market Value) and the Schedule A template
+ Negotiate site budget from the base budget and payment milestones using appropriate guidelines
+ Complete the final Schedule A template for addition to the contract showing the final agreed budget per site
+ Escalate contract and budget issues to Legal/local & global project manager as appropriate
+ Manage supplier information and arranges for set up on relevant financial systems
+ Manage payment data in financial systems
+ Execute payments ensuring that spending is within approved contract budgets
+ Perform ongoing and/or end-of-study contract budget reconciliation as needed
+ Process and tracks Confidential Disclosure Agreements.
+ Single point of contact for Clinical Trials Insurance process
+ Participate in the country level Functional Management Team (FMT - FSP Governance)

**Basic Qualifications:**
Master’s degree
Or
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of clinical contracts and budgets experience
Or
Associate’s degree and 6 years of clinical contracts and budgets experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of clinical contracts and budgets experience

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
