What You'll Do:

The eCommerce Senior Analyst is the day-to-day steward of client's eCommerce initiatives for assigned brands, and responsible for monitoring and maintaining campaign development, activation, and innovation across Amazon and other utilized marketplaces. The Senior Analyst develops and maintains a strong knowledge of their clients' business and applies their online marketplace understanding accordingly to help deliver against the clients' needs/objectives particularly as they relate to Amazon growth and acceleration strategy.

The ideal candidate is an organized, data-driven, collaborative self-starter who is eager to learn and thrives in a fast-pace, ever-changing landscape. Our eCommerce team works across a diverse range of sectors on some of the largest and most dynamic clients within the agency.

Responsibilities:

Gather research necessary to build a new campaign focusing on the client's strategy and growth online biddable media campaigns and programs (e.g. aution/exchange based performance media and audience-based buying. i.e. The Trade Desk and Amazon DSP)Continuously learns various and evolving aspects of eCommerce retail environment, industry trends, ad formats and new toolsAssist the manager in gathering necessary data for plan developmentGenerate paperwork necessary for purchase authorization and ensure vendor counter signature is receivedMonitor and maintain campaign budgets, pacing and bid adjustmentsActive monitoring and management of performance and competitive landscapeMonitor and optimize eCommerce performance to meet business objectivesSuccessful completion of training programs and requisite certificationsFoster strong relationships with internal teams and client groupsGroup keywords into ad groups and develop relevant ad copy and extensionsResponsible for presenting recommendations, soliciting and applying client feedback to keyword and copy proposal prior to client signoffUpon campaign approval, responsible for building flowchart and loading authorized buys in PrismaPrimary party responsible for trafficking approved plan into search engines and trafficking approved plan –Development and implementation of optimizations and/or testing plans (e.g. search query reports, negative keyword maintenance, keyword overlap, testing implementation)Pulling and analyzing data to inform campaign reporting and develop strategic insights with clear actionable itemsRun the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performanceBuild clear, concise, and cohesive quantitative analyses inclusive of strong data visualizationActive participation in client status and reporting calls, including presentation of reportingResponsible for granular maintenance of monthly billing cycle, including invoice tracking, buy actualization in Prisma, and compiling draft billing for manager approvalResolve all billing discrepancies in partnership with client strategy and billing reconciliation teamResponsible for learning all relevant tools for reporting, analytics and competitive analysis - bid management platforms, Benchtools, Google TrendsMastery of all core metric calculations and relationships (e.g. CPC, CPA, CTR, SOV, weighted averages)Serve as subject matter experts for Analysts and be a resource for training and ad hoc questionsEstablish professional, productive rapport with sales representatives/media vendors

QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher preferred, preferably in marketing, advertising, business, engineering, statistics, economics, sociology, or equivalent1+ years of experience in bid management, paid search campaign development/management/optimization with the use of leading search platformsExperience with Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) Paid Search/Sponsored Product Listings and Amazon Media Group (AMG) services OR similar marketplaces and toolsStrong understanding of eCommerce is requiredStrong analytical thinking and mathematical skills and an ability to manage dataUnderstanding of Search PPC and digital display advertisingResourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team settingStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel

Compensation Range: $58,500- $88,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
