**Overview:**
We’re looking for a **Senior Associate, Digital & Social** to join our team **.** You are perceptive, collaborative, and agile with sharp strategic instincts. You know what’s on trend in the digital space and love creating experiences through content. You are a creative thinker—always tinkering with new ways to approach old problems to find the best solutions for your client. ur team is highly collaborative and moves quickly, executing programs, campaigns, and ideas.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage social channels on behalf of brands, including content publishing and moderation
+ Review and engage with all inbound messages on brand-owned channels and uncover opportunities to engage with general conversations relevant to assigned brands online
+ Serve as an audience expert, sharing insights and learnings from observed social conversations and community engagement
+ Demonstrate understanding of client and business needs, goals, and competitive environments
+ Drive and execute digital and social media campaigns to help achieve clients’ objectives
+ Be a hands-on team player adding value, sharing creative ideas, and executing digital programs
+ Create digital solutions to answer client's business needs
+ Support the development of and implement strategies to influence audiences across digital and social ecosystems
+ Knowledge in using social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
+ Produce content strategy documents for brands, including style guides, content and channel strategies, content audits, gap analyses, editorial calendars, content sourcing plans and production requirements as needed
+ Write content concepts and bring to life creative ideas
**Qualifications:**
+ 2-3 years of experience working in digital/social, including actively managing a brand presence on social channels
+ Recognized expertise in social media, including the technical and community nuances across social channels
+ Experience operating within social media management systems and native social platforms (Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)
+ Understanding of the social communities and conversations occurring online
+ Ability to provide clear creative conceptual direction and to motivate cross-functional teams
+ Strong writing and editing skills. Ability to extract insights from large amounts of information. Comfort developing presentations and presenting your ideas.
+ An understanding of social platforms, the opportunities and challenges they present, and opinions on what will work best and why.
+ An appreciation of storytelling and a desire to find the narrative in anything.
+ A working knowledge of current digital technologies, publishing tools, and trends in the advertising, communications, and marketing industries.
+ Understanding of standard approaches to data analytics, ads implementation, application development, and platform integration
_The salary range for this position is $62,500 - $68,000. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, past training, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity and local geographic market data.
