Our client, a prestigious financial services organization, seeks a dynamic, experience Senior Associate of Immigration to join their team at their office in NYC. The ideal candidate possesses experience leading the full lifecycle process for in-bound US and Canada immigration, managing matters related to H-1Bs, L-1s, and other relevant documentation. Strong knowledge of US and Canada immmigration requirements as well as familiarity with international tax issues are key aspects of this position. Excellent communication skills both written and verbally, coupled with the ability to work with external legal concil are key characteristics that will allow someone to excel in this role. Bachelors' degree, required.Previous experience working with specialized visas as well as other relevant immigration documentation.Excellent communication skills and the emotional intelligence to deal with sensitive situations.3+ years of relevant work experience with visas and immigration processes.

The salary range for this role is $100k-$140k.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
