Job Description

You will be the "Master of Investment Details", able to run small to medium-sized projects and begin to take on soft management responsibilities of training Associates. The goal for this role is to learn and apply basic Investment Management + Operations principles. You will report to the Supervisor, Investment Management.

Day-to-Day

Provide oversight of campaign set-up and stewardship in an agency media buying platformAccountable for accuracy of Insertion Orders sent to media partnersAccountable for on-budget delivery of media investmentsAccountable for the actualization and reconciliation of media investmentsReconcile invoicesResponsible for client media billing reportsResponsible for partner payment mitigation and resolutionResponsible for delivery of Marketplace Value workbooksResponsible for campaign closuresResponsible for training of Associates

QualificationsKnowledge of media investment systems and tools (Mediaocean)Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)Observe agency procedures (accurate time sheets, performance conversations…)4 years of industry experience within media planning or buying

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $46,500 - $67,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
