Senior Associate, KAM - ISC (Chinese speaking)-HCMC - Vietnam

• Design and build an effective and efficient way for sellers from multiple countries to land in Vietnam market, including assortment planning, logistic support, payment solutions and other essential fundamentals.
• Work closely with cross functions to optimize the current way of working or resource allocation that could help ISC sellers do business on Lazada platform easier and more efficiently.
• Establishing strong relations with ISC seller groups and supporting their performance as their main contact point. Synchronizing platform direction and key battles to ensuring ambitious revenue growth.
• Working closely with local category team to capture market trend and demand for assortment and seller hunting, ensure the smooth daily operation to maximize sellers’ potential.
• Identifying key assortment opportunities. Hunt assortments to meet local customers’ demand. Coaching sellers on price and assortment strategy.
• Managing CN sellers directly at owners/decision makers on traffic allocation (decide which products/subcategories will be promoted on Flash Sale and other traffic channels, …). Set strategy with sellers on platform mechanism investment. Suggesting promotion scheme to sellers. Work cross-functional with different teams internally to ensure traffic for sellers
• Reviewing daily/weekly/monthly performance and optimizing further strategy, pricing and product selection.
