It’s that energy and spirit of innovation that allows us to create bold and meaningful “health media firsts” for our clients, and to do it all with #phmlove. **Overview** Position Summary - #hybrid - 3 days a week in office The Operations Senior Associate will use data analysis, problem-solving, project management, and a strategic mindset to assist in the ideation and execution of some of the business’ most important initiatives, reporting and operational processes. You will cross functionally champion operational excellence, creating and implementing processes, dashboards, and innovative solutions to evolve and enhance ways of working and enable strategic business solutions. Key Responsibilities + Works with the business to analyze and build the forecasts, utilization reporting, improve data capture and process and help create useful insight to share with the business + Ability to identify trends, patterns, and outliers, as well as conduct statistical analysis and data profiling + Data visualization: The ability to present data in a visually appealing and meaningful way. Power BI expertise: Familiarity with Power BI and Tableau highly preferred. Familiarity with various data visualization tools and techniques, such as charts, graphs, and interactive dashboards + Help to establish Ways of Working through continuous review & improvement of processes, such as standardize & simplify, automate time-intensive manual steps + Ability to gather data from multiple parties to interpret key points to draft policies and process documentation + Participate in the procurement, set up, and roll out new technologies that drive better team efficiency + Support cross-functional projects driving the most important goals of the business, coordinating internal team members and resources + Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills – demonstrated ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights. Ability to identify problems, develop analytical approaches, and propose data-driven solutions + Attention to detail: Accuracy and attention to detail to ensure that data is clean, properly formatted, and correctly interpreted to avoid errors in analysis + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously + Strong written and oral communication skills with experience in developing and documenting policies and processes in a clear and concise manner **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
