岗位职责:
1.服务质量监控:通过电话录音、在线聊天记录、工单及邮件往来等多渠道收集服务数据,并依据既定标准进行详细评估与分析,反馈结果助力改进,协助执行纠错计划,安排案例分享会; 2.员工培训: 负责新人、在职员工培训,采用多元方式授课,评估培训效果并优化调整;针对存在的问题提供针对性的改进建议和指导,跟进问题整改情况,确保服务质量的持续提升; 3.知识库管理:与多部门协作,收集信息更新知识库并优化结构,助力团队协作与业务流程优化。维护客服知识库,整理和归纳公司产品知识、业务流程、常见问题解答(FAQ)、解决方案等信息,确保知识库内容的完整性、准确性与及时性。 任职要求: 1、大专及以上学历,旅游相关专业及英文水平者优先; 2、有 1年以上客服质培经验,熟悉行业标准与流程,有大型客服团队工作经历者佳,具备case(问题分析)复盘能力; 3、熟悉客服行业的质量检查标准和流程;能够吃苦耐劳,勇于担当; 4、具备较强的人际沟通协调能力,性格温和,具备足够的耐心,有一定的承压能力; 5、具备数据分析及课件开发能力者放宽条件。Klook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
