We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our growing Regulatory Solutions team in our 4 Times Square, NYC office. The Regulatory Solutions group provides Dodd-regulatory reporting and other compliance services for Registered Investment Advisors and Funds.

What You Will Get To Do:

Preparing SEC Form PF, Form CPO-PQR, AIFMD, Form 13F and other regulatory reports for clientsManaging client relationshipsSignificant systems development responsibilitiesCoordinating New York operations with offices worldwide for seamless client coverageDeveloping new regulatory products including AIFMDPreparing OPERA standard due diligence report for clientsDeveloping solutions to analytical problems independently

What You Will Bring:

Bachelors degree in accounting or related field2+ years experience in the finance industryWorking knowledge of financial products, especially fixed income and derivativesPrior hedge fund accounting experiencePrior experience with regulatory reportingCapability to implement and improve structured processesStrong knowledge of MS ExcelExcellent communication and presentation skillsForm PF, PQR, and AIFMD experience is a plus
