Senior Associate, Strategy & Activation

It’s that energy and spirit of innovation that allows us to create bold and meaningful “health media firsts” for our clients, and to do it all with #phmlove. **Overview** The Senior Associate, Strategy & Activation (Stractivation) supports the development and execution of media strategies, ensuring seamless implementation across campaigns. This role is responsible for maintaining media flowcharts, creative asset trackers, and traffic workbooks while collaborating with internal teams to align on objectives and deliverables. You will report to either the Supervisor or Associate Director, Strategy & Activation. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations. **Responsibilities** + Assist in the development of media plans and strategic presentations. + Support RFP development, tactical plan presentations, and media partner discussions. + Manage tasks across multiple accounts and campaigns with efficiency and attention to detail. + Own and maintain media flowcharts, ensuring alignment with financial documentation (MBA’s). + Create and update Creative Asset Trackers and Traffic Workbooks with precision. + Monitor campaign performance, providing initial insights and recommendations for optimizations. + Assist in brand safety and ad verification monitoring, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory guidelines. + Gather and analyze audience insights and competitive data to inform planning decisions. + Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align on objectives and deliverables. + Assist in partner negotiations and performance tracking under guidance from supervisors. + Respond promptly to client and internal requests, demonstrating strong communication skills. + Develop and refine presentation materials and reports to support client discussions. + Monitor and resolve issues proactively while seeking guidance when needed. + Build foundational expertise in the media planning and buying process, including the role of various media channels. + Strive for proficiency in media research tools, software, and competitive marketplace knowledge. + Participate in onboarding and training of junior team members, sharing best practices. **Qualifications** + Minimum of 18 months media planning experience + 1+ year’s experience using MS excel (can perform complex functions) + Familiarity with standard media research and planning tools + _Optional:_ HCP/Pharma media planning and media strategy experience **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
