Role Overview:

As a Senior Associate, Strategy & Growth you will play a critical role in driving Clutter’s strategic initiatives and growth efforts. You will leverage your analytical skills and business acumen to support data-driven decision-making, conduct market analysis, and develop strategies for resource allocation and geographic expansion. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do:

Hypothesis development and testing: Develop hypotheses around various growth initiatives; Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

Special Projects: Lead and execute special projects aimed at achieving growth targets, including pilot programs, new market entry strategies, and operational improvements.

Pilot Management: Design, implement, and assess pilot projects to test new ideas and strategies; evaluate outcomes and refine approaches based on data.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align strategies and ensure successful execution of growth initiatives.

Reporting: Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, startup business strategy, or operations.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and working collaboratively in a team environment.

A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.

Familiarity with logistics, storage, or moving industries is a plus.

Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment .
