Job Description:

As a Senior Associate, Systems Engineer, you will contribute to a diverse technical team on the MOSSAIC Command and Control (C2) team. This position supports the Space & Airborne Systems (SAS) division, a great team of talented professionals with world class technical expertise who take a collaborative approach to engineering and enjoy working together.  We have a long history of innovative and exceptional performance; we have earned our place as a trusted provider to our customers.

In this position, you will bring your systems engineering background to a system engineering role where you can make a broad impact to programs and projects that are critical to our customers!

Essential Functions:

Assist in the development of system models using MBSE tools and methodologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system models accurately represent requirements, design, and architecture. Support the analysis of system behavior through model simulations. Contribute to the creation of system documentation and reports. Participate in technical reviews and provide feedback on system designs. Engage in continuous learning to stay current with industry trends and best practices in MBSE. Familiarity with MBSE concepts, tools, and languages such as SysML. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously in a team environment with government customers and other contractorsAbility to negotiate solutions among functional groups (Systems Engineering, Mission Engineering, Software Engineering, etc.)Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills demonstrated by related work experienceStrong coordination and organization skills with a focus on detailsParticipate in agile execution, MBSE, and requirements analysis. Travel as needed.

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.Active Secret security clearance.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $67,500.00 - $125,500.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
