What you will do: Consult with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and implement sourcing strategies. Provide good candidate experience up till onboarding. Manage the entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and administering assessments. Explore creative and unique ways of sourcing candidates by means of social media and other online capabilities. Search, build and maintain networks of candidates/ through LinkedIn and other local job platforms. Implement campus hiring strategy by partnering with leaders and universities or colleges. Guide and support hiring managers to align on hiring requirements, hiring processes, hiring strategies and local talent market insights. Track critical recruitment data, produce regular and ad-hoc metrics. Build reports on Talent Acquisition activity. Be an advocate and example of Klook's core values and beliefs. Achieve TA metrics such as Quality of Hires, Hiring Lead Time, and Acceptance Rate. What you will need  At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR generalist.  Experienced in dealing with high-volume recruitment is preferred. Outstanding sourcing capabilities, demonstrated by the top-quality talent you hired in your previous roles. Good talent acquisition experience, in-house or agency, gained ideally within HR spectrum. Partner with HRBP/ Senior TA to influence different stakeholders (including hiring manager) to make decisions in the best interest of the company. (e.g. Talent density or internal equity, etc.) Be open to collect feedback and refine the hiring plan with stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin & English. Being the expert to share market knowledge and market trends with stakeholders and being resourceful to keep themselves updated about the latest change is a plus.
