Responsibilities: 

·       The candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of Oracle Applications systems.  Key responsibilities include

·     Installation and configuration of Oracle Applications and databases (E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Middleware, etc.).

·       Application of patches and upgrades to the software and databases.

·     Monitoring and optimizing database performance and capacity.

·  Maintaining database security, including data encryption and user access controls.

·       Perform regular backups and recovery procedures.

·       Conducting performance tuning and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and reliability of the Oracle Applications.

·      Analyzing and resolving database and application issues.

·       Developing and maintaining documentation related to database configurations, processes, and service records.

·       -Working closely with application developers to design and optimize database schemas and queries.

·       -Implementing and enforce database policies, procedures, and standards.

·       -Collaboration with functional and technical teams and client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Mandatory skill sets 

·       Strong knowledge of Oracle Database architecture and administration.

·       Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and shell scripting.

·       Experience with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, or Azure.

·       Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred skill sets 

·       Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems

·       Experience with performance tuning and optimization tools.

Year of experience required 

·       4-7 Yrs experience

Educational Qualification  

·       BE/BTech/MBA/MCA/CAs

·       Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Master (OCM).
