As a Senior Associate on the team, you will be expected to provide cross-project support for multiple accounts, working with your team members to successfully meet our client's needs. Developing specialized solutions-related expertise is critical to developing a trusted advisor status with your internal and external partners. This role is client-facing and offers an exciting opportunity to help our clients identify and prioritize innovation opportunities to drive business growth, and to help clients develop commercial shopper strategies to influence shoppers along the path to purchase and at the point of conversion.

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline with at least 2-3 years of experience in a market research industry.Analytical skills to answer client questions through query of data sources.Ability to apply critical thinking to problem-solving.Ability to create questionnaires and plan tabulations.Taking ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.Strong attention to detail, ability to manage own time, handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proactively interact, build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders through open and honest communication.Proficient in Japanese, English Business Level.Why join Kantar?
