<役割>

担当する複数のプロジェクトについて、スケジュール管理と効率的にタスクの優先順位付けを行うことを可及的速やかに身に着け(6か月以内)、クライアントおよび社内クライアントに対して、スケジュール通りに期待される以上の質のオペレーション上の成果物を届ける上司やエキスパートの指導を受けながら、担当するプロジェクトにおいて、クライアントや海外チームとのコミュニケーション、調査票作成、集計指示、分析、レポートドラフトの作成、企画書のドラフト作成を行うプロジェクトを成功に導くために、社内外の関係者と良好な関係を築き、強固なチームワークを発揮する。(例えば、チームメンバーのお互いのワークロードや休暇の状況を理解した上で、チームメンバー同士で業務量を融通し合ったり、お互いにプロジェクトの体験から得た専門的スキルを共有し合うなど)顧客が持つビジネス課題を積極的に探索して、それを解決するための方法を上司やチーム、関連部署と相談して動かしていくリーダーシップを発揮する自己学習のシステムを積極的に利用し、常に能力開発の機会を探す

<応募資格>

関連分野(マーケティング、 統計学、数学、経済学、心理学、社会学、マスコミ、経営学、情報技術、コンピューターサイエンスなど)で学士号を取得し、市場調査業界で少なくとも2~3年の経験を有することデータを読み込んで顧客の課題に応える分析能力問題解決にクリティカルシンキングを応用できる能力調査票の作成や集計表をプランニングする能力複数の仕事を同時に処理でき、かつ細部への注意を払うこともできる時間管理および優先順位を考えて業務を進めることができる主体的に社内外の関係者と関わり、良好な関係を構築、維持できる日常業務に支障が無いレベルの日本語力と英語力

Role Description

As a Senior Associate on the team, you will be expected to provide cross-project support for multiple accounts, working with your team members to successfully meet our client's needs. Developing specialized solutions-related expertise is critical to developing a trusted advisor status with your internal and external partners. This role is client-facing and offers an exciting opportunity to help our clients identify and prioritize innovation opportunities to drive business growth, and to help clients develop commercial shopper strategies to influence shoppers along the path to purchase and at the point of conversion.


Role Responsibilities

Learn to efficiently manage the schedule and prioritize tasks for multiple responsible projects (within 6 months), and deliver operational deliverables to customers and internal clients on time and with higher-than-expected quality.Under the guidance of supervisors or experts, you will be responsible for communicating with clients and overseas teams, creating questionnaires, aggregation instructions, analyzing, drafting reports, and drafting proposals on assigned projects.To lead the projects to success, you will build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders and demonstrate strong teamwork.You will proactively explore the business challenges faced by the customers and show leadership in consulting with your supervisor, team, and relevant departments to find solutions.Actively use the self-learning programs and always look for opportunities to develop your skills.

Role Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline with at least 2-3 years of experience in a market research industry.Analytical skills to answer client questions through query of data sources.Ability to apply critical thinking to problem-solving.Ability to create questionnaires and plan tabulations.Taking ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.Strong attention to detail, ability to manage own time, handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proactively interact, build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders through open and honest communication.Proficient in Japanese, English Business Level.
