The Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business by
assessing processes, determine requirements, and deliver recommendations and reports to executives
and stakeholders. The BA will work closely with business units, IT teams, and external parties to identify
opportunities for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and ensure that business needs are
met efficiently and effectively. Roles and responsibilities Engage with customers to discuss, elicit,
comprehend, analyze, and document their business requirements. Examine existing solution/template
features, both current and on the roadmap, and compare them against customer requirements to
identify gaps and propose solutions. Develop and present artifacts such as Story Boards and Solution
Reviews to the customer. Prepare, review, and present documents and information to all relevant
stakeholders, including:
Functional Requirements Specification Business Workflow and Conceptual Mockups Oversee and
approve screen mockups and UI flows. Lead prioritization discussions to finalize the scope of releases
and roadmap items. Generate dummy data, sample data, and scenario objects within the developed
solution for validation, testing, and review purposes. Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders
to keep them informed of project status and changes. Develop and maintain comprehensive
documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions Provide ongoing support and
troubleshooting as needed. Desired Skills Experience with ERP/CBS Platforms Strong project
management skills. Knowledge of financial services operations Familiarity in agile methodologies Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS
Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to lead and manage projects. Strong organizational and
multitasking abilities
