Role: Digital Strategy Consultant/Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant in a Digital Strategy role at PwC India, your aim is threefold:

to support clients throughout the discover, design, and target state phases of (digital) strategy engagements. Based on your previous work experience (strategist in digital consulting or tech consulting company, business analyst, product owner for digital solutions) you can collate insights on business objectives, customer needs, and technical solutions and translate these into impactful digital concepts. You work with a team of consultants on the topic of digital strategy: focused on delivery of projects, internal knowledge sharing and overall practice support. Finally, you are also willing to engage on the topic from a commercial perspective. In conjoint effort with the rest of the senior management team, you support in the development of new business proposals. At the level of senior consultant, this is mostly done by managing risk, developing high quality deliverables, and building relationships with junior stakeholders at your clients.

You do this as part of our broader multidisciplinary team (Strategist, Technology Experts, Enterprise Architects, Project Management Professionals, Domain Experts, Sector Experts)

Your key responsibilities

You are the day-to-day point of contact for clients and Managers on projects. You work with client teams to deliver high quality outputs;Along with senior management, you take the lead in identifying client issues and proposing the most appropriate approach for challenges that enterprise clients face;You execute all the key day-day tasks on a digital strategy projects for our clients;You support strategic discussions regarding business objectives and strategy KPIs.You synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to ensure design decisions address their needs.You support ideation, evaluation, definition, and prioritization of features and use cases.

To qualify for the role you must have

A relevant Master’s degree, preferably with an organisational/ business focus and/or technical focusStrong business sense, analytical skills, and numerical understandingProven project execution skillsA representative appearance and proactive, independent attitudeExcellent communicative skills in English (written and oral)3 -4 years proven and relevant work experience in a similar role as a (internal or external) consultant or relevant business function

Preferred candidates have experience on completing tasks in the following areas

Digital Strategy assessment and developmentBusiness processes assessment and optimizationBusiness research and analysis, including financial analysisParticipation in client engagements, reporting to engagement managersPreparation of underlying materials, leading/participation in workshops(Business Model) Innovation & Business Design
