About JLL – Lease Administration

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Lease Administration team in Warsaw, Poland. Our Lease Administration platform supports a diverse set of client needs from basis management of lease abstractions and critical dates, to full financial management of landlord invoices and reconciliation audits. We provide comprehensive knowledge and access to data across the portfolio that enables our clients to make strategic real estate decisions that support and enhance their core business.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

Client Relationship Management: Be the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with customers. Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Be responsible for keeping current clients satisfied at the expected level of satisfaction. Liaise between the customer and internal JLL teams. Deal with escalations with minor manager’s support.Account Growth/Sales: With support of his/her Manager work on exploring lease administration sales opportunities within the account/s and be open towards potential sales opportunities within other business lines. Responsible for the development and achievement of sales target agreed with his/her Manager. Write and execute business plans for his/her account/s.KPIs & Finance: Manage and forecast budget on his/her own for his/her account/s to ensure profitability of the accounts by achieving the expected AGM. Track key account metrics.Project Delivery: Drive existing and standard projects on the account with minor assistance of his/her manager. Deliver timely and accurately lease administration projects in cooperation with JBS Team Representatives or involvement of other teams.People: Willingly to learn and open for constructive feedback.

Experience in Client ServiceAbility to deliver customer experience at the expected levelVery good verbal and written communications skillsClient orientation and focusAbility to prioritize among competing tasksCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsVery good time management skillsKeen attention to detail and adherence to deadlinesOpen to technology enhancements and being able to use different technologiesUnderstanding of commercial contracts (e.g. real estate leases)Able to propose enhancements of the benefit for the whole Lease administration departmentNumerical skills (ability to understand and analyse numerical information)
