Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced App Security Specialist with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Fortanix KMaaS and Thales CCKM. This role is hybrid with a day shift schedule and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our applications contributing to the overall safety and integrity of our systems.


Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of security measures for applications to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.Oversee the integration of Fortanix KMaaS and Thales CCKM into our existing security infrastructure.Provide expert guidance on encryption and key management practices to ensure data security.Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.Collaborate with development teams to ensure security best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle.Develop and maintain security policies procedures and documentation to support compliance requirements.Monitor and respond to security incidents providing timely resolution and reporting.Stay updated on the latest security trends threats and technologies to proactively address potential risks.Train and mentor team members on security protocols and best practices.Work closely with stakeholders to understand security requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Ensure that security measures align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Participate in security-related projects and initiatives to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.Contribute to the development of a security-conscious culture within the organization.

Qualifications

Must have extensive experience with Fortanix KMaaS and Thales CCKM.Should have a strong understanding of encryption and key management practices.Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Should have experience conducting security assessments and audits.Must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Should have strong communication and documentation skills.Must be proactive in staying updated with the latest security trends and technologies.Should have experience in developing and maintaining security policies and procedures.Must be able to train and mentor team members on security best practices.Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.Must be able to contribute to security-related projects and initiatives.Should have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience.
