The Role
Responsible for managing, motivating and developing the skills, competencies and knowledge of team members in line with WTW policies and procedures, including overseeing and managing of staff performance reviews and objective setting. Maintain staff competence by ensuring that staff skills or knowledge gaps are met with appropriate training and development, so they are able to perform to their maximum capability and fulfil their potential and the requirements of the business. Account Management for mid-size accounts, facility & products and responsible for team financial budget. Management of Facility arrangement with panel insurers, maximize the revenue generated from the existing client base through continual analysis of client profitability and maximization of facility arrangement for both new and existing business Develop relationship with local insurers to have alternative products offerings for WTW diversified portfolio Drive new product awareness to all stakeholders (internal and external) Project management including RFP and new initiativesThe Requirements
Has the required insurance certification - ACII Meet requirements of the following including: BCP, ComGI, PGIPossess analytical, organized and problem-solving skillsHighly motivated and proactive, willingness to learnGood interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and within a teamProficient in MS Office applicationsAble to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentEqual Opportunity Employer
