As a Senior Associate within our Communication & Engagement Solutions Community, you will help our clients with communication and engagement strategies, HR and reward communications/digital solutions, and will be responsible for development and execution of measurable, results-based strategies and related deliverables that support changes and HR programs (including the employee experience, Total Rewards communications, organization transformation, the future of work, AI, wellbeing, benefits and culture). You will be responsible for drawing on your imagination, creativity and exceptional writing skills, as well as your ability to analyze information, develop conclusions and present content through clear, well-written communication in a variety of media formats.

Delivery
Design, present and implement custom communication and change management strategies and programs for a broad range of HR programs, largely focused on talent and rewards elements (e.g., employee experience, Total Rewards, organization transformation, the future of work, AI, wellbeing and culture) Develop insights related to change management risks and impacts, and communicate those insights clearly and succinctly Translate complex concepts into compelling and engaging communications across various media, including print and digital, with an eye towards cutting-edge solutions and data integration Manage projects and client expectations, and raise appropriate issues to senior consultants Plan, organize, and successfully deliver on client engagements while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope Contribute to new business development by drafting statements of work, project plans and budgets involving multiple workflow streams and client teams Partner with analyst and associate-level team members to review work, provide guidance and insight Contribute to the learning and development of team members through “on the job” feedback Contribute to the development of intellectual capital, new tools and approachesThe Requirements:
5-7 years communication or marketing experience. Consulting experience is preferred; experience working for traditional HR consulting firm or benefit brokerage firms is a plusKnowledge of current communication and change management trends, marketing and technology (digital and social media), and proven ability to apply that knowledge to client-focused solutionsExperience working with graphic designers to craft the “look and feel” of the communication platformA professional presence with polished and well-developed facilitation, written, web and oral communication skills, demonstrating creativity and technical expertise Experience facilitating, coaching and mentoring teams specifically to drive consensus, brainstorm and/or to gather data for a project(s)Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challengesAbility to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way Understanding of agile principles and design thinkingAvailability to travel on an as-needed basisBachelor’s degree in liberal arts, graphic design, business or technology
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
