You’ll make an impact by: Taking a leading role in small global buy & sell-side M&A projects and driving larger deals in collaboration with M&A and the business. Performing financial due diligence, complex analyses, valuations, and accounting reviews. You support in crafting key messages and reporting to the negotiation team and management.Acting as a key contact for the financial work-stream, closely collaborating with Corporate M&A.Building and drawing on relationships with Siemens worldwide (e.g., Corporate M&A, Legal, Accounting & Controlling) to position CF R TS as a reliable partner.Contributing to digitalization efforts and bringing in your own ideas.
This is how you'll win us over:Education & Experience:Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equalSeveral years of professional experience in Transaction Advisory or Deals practice of a professional services firm (Big 4 or similar)Experience in M&A deals and exposure to financial due diligence or valuation and Business Plan modeling tasks or Business / Performance / Project ControllingExperience with M&A contract clauses (SPAs) preferredSkills:Good knowledge of IFRS; a CPA, ACCA, ACA or CFA qualification is welcomeExcellent Excel and Powerpoint skills; experience with tools like Power-BI and AlteryxWays of working: You bring an empathetic, honest, authentic communication style enabling you to easily collaborate with internal collaborators and external advisors and navigate various levels of the Siemens organization (including top management)You are flexible, result oriented, proactive and have a hands-on mentality to get things done in a dynamic environmentLanguages: business proficiency in German and English
