What You'll Be Doing
Oversee and manage all legal aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and documentation.Collaborate with the strategy and development team to align transactions with business objectives.Conduct and manage comprehensive due diligence processes to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.Identify and mitigate legal risks, providing strategic advice to senior management.Assist in the integration of acquired entities post-closing, ensuring smooth transitions and legal compliance.What Are We Looking For
Preferred 10-15 years' experience with corporate, M&A background. Some in house experience preferredJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.Extensive experience in corporate law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, with a proven track record in managing high-stakes deals.Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.Deep understanding of corporate law, securities law, regulatory compliance, and industry-specific regulations.Work Environment
