HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\nYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:
\n\nCreate and maintain project plans for increased transparency across projects\nIdentify project risks and issues, build mitigation plans, and manage leadership escalations accordingly\nLead daily project activities and support project workstreams with their deliverables\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nFacilitate regular project calls with technology, business, and vendor workstreams to convey project vision, communicate priorities, and drive overall progress\nCollaborate with regional teams in preparation for the implementation of PEP in new countries\nConduct cross-functional deep-dive sessions to define requirements, identify solutions, and resolve problems\n\nWhat project you will take ownership of:
\n\n\nPEP (Property Engagement Platform), Hilton's new cloud-based property management system

\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nThree (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field\nTwo (2) years of professional work experience in Hospitality or Travel\nTwo (2) years of project management experience\nExperience with Jira and Confluence including documenting requirements, creating dashboards, and executing queries\nThis is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, VA, Dallas, TX, or Memphis, TN)\nTravel up to 15%, both domestic and international\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
\n\nBachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience \nFive (5) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field\nExperience working with a multinational company\n\n\nWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
