The Publicis Media Exchange activates across all local media channels too, including Television, Radio, Streaming Audio, and Digital Video (OTT/CTV/VOD).

Our Negotiator roles are the critical thread connecting the marketplace to client goals and outcomes. In this role your understanding of marketplace pricing and dynamics will be pivotal to our success.

Role Objectives:

Create and activate smart, effective, inclusive, and efficient advertising solutions in your assigned local markets (usually low-mid ranked and/or low-mid complexity markets)Successfully manage timelines, client guidelines, and ensure key performance metrics are achievedSuccessfully manage campaign performance reporting and total agreement fulfillmentCultivate relationships with partners/vendors that add value for our clientsBe an expert on the individual nuances in your assigned markets and know how to utilize market strengths to our client's best advantageBe an expert on the leading local buying platforms and toolsCollaborate with our team to share your knowledge and to further develop your skills and the skills of other team membersYou will have the full support of our Supervisors and Management to fuel your growth and maximize your potentialYou will have access to additional training on a vast library of advertising contentStrong potential for advancement and future career growth

Qualifications1-2 years of experience negotiating Local Video or Audio InvestmentExhibit sharp attention to detail and strong math skillsHave an intermediate knowledge of Excel and experience with HMX, OX, and Prisma media platformsHave a strong understanding of local media measurement (Nielsen and Comscore)

Compensation Range:  $46,500 - $67,500 annually.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
