Senior Associate of General Management, Alternative Lending

As a Senior Associate in the Alternative Lending General Management/Product Strategy team, you will play a crucial role in developing, launching, and growing future consumer lending products. You will leverage your expertise in product innovation and customer insights to shape strategies that align with Chase's broader goals. Your work will directly impact the success of our 'Buy Now, Pay Later' (BNPL) offerings and other lending solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Refine and develop the product construct for new Alternative Lending use cases. Perform analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform product features and value propositions. Identify and size new market opportunities in collaboration with Data & Analytics and Risk teams. Partner with cross-functional teams to support product discovery, customer research, and program management. Develop business cases and oversee financial forecasting and budgeting with Finance and Risk. Manage executive stakeholder relationships and communicate updates on product strategy and performance. Own the development of competitive insights in the BNPL industry.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy, product management, or a relevant domain area. Strong analytical skills Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing, and driving decisions. Bachelor's degree required..

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Consumer lending experience preferred; additional preference for Credit Card or Unsecured Installment Lending experience. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and workstreams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience writing executive-level communications. Master’s degree  Experience in credit risk and financial modeling
