Senior Associate Partner Alliance Specialist

Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive. **Your day at NTT DATA** The Senior Associate Partner Alliance Specialist's primary responsibility of the role is to work closely with various stakeholders to support the team, with the achievement of revenue targets by implementing alliance partnership plans that are robust and competitive. This role is required to develop and nurture relationships with key partners to foster collaboration and mutual benefit. The Senior Associate Partner Alliance Specialist plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining partner relationships that contribute to the organization's growth and competitive advantage. **What you'll be doing** **Key Responsibilities:** + Maintain a high-level understanding of partner program offerings. + Track reports and complete necessary documentation to meet the requirements of custom partner agreements. + Track booked opportunities and retrieve files from CRM to complete documentation to submit files and claim partner incentives. + Monitor partner portal for incoming partner leads. + Submit outbound referrals and register deals to for co-sell engagement and deal tracking. + Maintain partner deal registrations to provide visibility to partners of won and lost opportunities. + Place claims and retrieve proof-of-execution files to submit via partner portals. + Track incoming partner incentives, rebates and funding and verify payments with local finance teams. + Provide weekly status updates and raise concerns and escalations to Partner Alliance Team Lead and/or Manager. Work with the partner enablement team and others to ensure delivery of clear and coordinated enablement across the partner lifecycle. **Experience, Skills and Qualifications:** + Moderate level business development experience, preferably in IT services environment. + Moderate level experience in channel sales or channel management role + Moderate level experience establishing and managing alliance programs that produce revenue. + Proven history of working independently and with cross-functional sales, marketing, and product management teams to achieve alliance objectives. + Moderate level experience leveraging those contacts to build mutually beneficial partnerships to drive revenue. **Academic Qualifications and Certifications:** + Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Business, Commerce) **Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:** + Interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. + Analytical skills and display good business acumen. + Relationship building skills with the ability to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. + Team players and maintain the integrity and display good attention to detail. + Analytic and negotiation skills. + Great presentation, verbal, and writing skills; ability to communicate complex ideas effectively across a wide range of audience levels and functions. + Organizational skills. + Demonstrable network of industry contacts. + Able to focus and execute in a changing environment. + Ability to make things happen. + Demonstrated analytical, organisational, and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely and critical decisions that affect cross-functional teams. **Workplace type** **:** Hybrid Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
