Senior Associate Relationship Manager

HSBC’s Commercial Banking (“CMB”) business is looking to add an energetic and driven individual to join the business. The new Associate Relationship Manager (“ARM”) will be a crucial member of our team, helping to meet the unique needs of our international clients that hold revenues between ~$75mm and over $5bn.

As our Senior Associate Relationship Manager you will:

Work closely with our Global Relationship Managers (“GRM’s”)Develop the bank’s relationships with existing and prospective new customersPrepare and present sales pitch materialsProvide outstanding client serviceCoordinate with internal colleagues, including product partners credit managersResearch prospective clients, markets sectorsEffectively managing credit, operational, regulatory and other risksEnsure the bank maintains compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirementsMaintain outstanding data quality in the bank’s internal systems

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $110,700.00 and $166,000.00

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
