Senior Associate Scientist- Oncology

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Senior Associate Scientist to join the Oncology Research team. Our lab is focused on the discovery and development of novel therapeutics targeting tumor cells for destruction. You will participate in this mission by performing key assays to advance our pre-clinical pipeline, including establishing tumor xenograft models, performing murine treatment studies and running multi-color flow cytometry.

As a Senior Associate Scientist, a typical day might include:

Establishing tumor cell xenograft models

Independently performing in vivo anti-tumor therapeutic efficacy studies

Performing antibody and multimer staining for multiparameter flow cytometry

Performing a variety of in vitro tumor cell and immune-cell based assays, including ELISAs, MSD, ELISPOT, proliferation-based assays, and basic cell culture

Collaborating with other internal teams to develop impactful and relevant assays to enhance our analysis of pre-clinical therapeutic candidates

Conducting data analysis and meticulous record keeping

In order to be considered for this role, you must have at least a BS/MS and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Must have extensive experience with in-vivo mouse modeling and flow cytometry. Must have a strong knowledge and background in tumor biology and/or immuno-oncology. Experience with cell culture and cell-based assays required.
