Senior Associate - Training

The Role

As part of the CRB North America (NA) Business Support Training Design and Delivery Team, this role will support all aspects of training regarding Process and Technology for CRB NA Operations including both Advocacy and Broking. 

This is a fully remote position.

 

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

 

Development of training programs and support materials for various groups including Advocacy, Broking, and Global Service Delivery Operations.  Delivery and maintenance of materials for New Hire Learning. Ongoing delivery, development, and maintenance of materials for process and technology updates across CRB NA. (e.g. Broking Platform, Epic, RMS, Service Hub) Work in close partnership with stakeholders on new process design and technology enhancements to enable development of required training materials and appropriate delivery method. Ability to work independently as well as alongside others, to understand process and technology in detail. This includes the process itself, inputs, outputs, and appropriate business application of supporting technology. Ability to connect and communicate the end-to-end process and proper use of technology to colleagues. Facilitate virtual classroom training sessions, including New Hire Learning. Management of all deliverables, timelines, and task completion. Participation in business and UAT testing of technology releases. Engage in active collaboration, communication, and teamwork within the broader CRB NA Business Support Team.

Experience

 

BA/BS degree preferredMinimum 5 years experience of technical insurance industry knowledge, including a high degree of process and functional knowledge from either the brokerage or carrier sides of the industryA broad understanding of insurance transactions and how they are performedPrior training experience in classroom and virtual training scenarios preferredKnowledge of agency management systemsExperience of large and complex projects and track record of implementation supportKnowledge of process mapping, automation and technologiesExperience and knowledge of working in a global services organization

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
