CVS Health is seeking an experienced, initiative-taking and highly motivated professional to join the Infrastructure Audit and Compliance team as a Senior Manager, Technical Infrastructure responsible for the governance and reporting associated with Resiliency and Disaster Recovery programs. As the lead, you will provide oversight and coordination of technology recovery/resiliency governance, strategies and plans, establishing and maintaining standards, processes, and best practices across matrixed teams to ensure the effectiveness of these programs. You will play a critical role in identifying vulnerabilities, improving recovery procedures to minimize downtime following a significant disruption to the technical environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technology risk management, high availability and resiliency technologies, disaster recovery, and business continuity and requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Governance Framework Development: Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks for technology resiliency, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Including but not limited to drafting and updating policies and procedures related to technology resiliency and governance. Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track technology resiliency metrics. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Introduce automation for ease of reporting. Own and maintain tools for tracking plans and plan compliance. Hold teams accountable for meeting commitments. Continuous Improvement: Working with the testing team & SREs, analyze test results and feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing testing plans. As an outcome of testing, document actionable remediations that need to be taken to improve resiliency and assist in the execution of the remediations. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance resiliency strategies. Audit, Compliance & Client Engagements: Assist in internal and external audits and Client briefings related to technology resiliency and governance. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, engineering, operations, business, application and others to promote awareness of resiliency initiatives and engagement in resiliency improvements and testing. Training & Awareness: Provide training and guidance to IT staff on testing procedures, roles and responsibilities. Raise awareness of the importance of resiliency testing to ensure availability across the technology organization.
Required Qualifications
7+ years in proven experience in resiliency, disaster recovery or business continuity roles or comparable IT infrastructure role5+ years of experience with Resiliency and Disaster Recovery concepts, methodologies and best practicesPreferred Qualifications
Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Certifications in DR planning and related areas (such as CBCP, DRP etc.) are a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, NIST).Familiarity with cloud technologies and their implications for resiliency.Education

The typical pay range for this role is:
$130,295.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
