Senior Audit Specialist
Job Title: Senior Audit Specialist Job Description **This role requires to manage both the internal and external audit compliance (SOX, US GAAP, IFRS and local GAAP) for Concentrix & it's subsidiaries in different regions. The incumbent would be working with internal stakeholders and external Auditors.** **The role will also provide opportunity to review the design & implementation of controls, policies & procedures, identify & address risks aimed to achieve an audit-ready discipline and improve the overall efficiency of the organization.** **Key Responsibilities:** + Actively participate in the process of collecting all requisite supporting documents essential for audit procedures. This involves systematically gathering, organizing, and ensuring the inclusion of all necessary documentation in compliance with audit standards. + Implement rigorous checks to confirm that the documentation collected meets all regulatory and procedural requirements, thereby facilitating a smooth audit process. + Scrutinize and validate the completeness and accuracy of each supporting document, ensuring that all entries are comprehensive and conform to the required standards. + Address any discrepancies or missing information promptly to maintain the integrity and reliability of the audit documentation. + Conduct detailed analysis of the supporting documents in line with CNX standard testing protocols and documentation templates. This includes evaluating the relevance and accuracy of the information and ensuring proper categorization and documentation. + Create and maintain detailed records and reports that reflect the analysis performed, providing a clear and organized account of the documentation reviewed. + Serve as the primary point of contact for interactions with process owners, project managers, internal auditors, and external auditors. + Facilitate clear and effective communication to resolve any queries or issues related to the supporting documentation. + Ensure timely responses to requests for clarification or additional information, thereby fostering collaborative relationships and supporting the audit process. + Develop and maintain comprehensive trackers and status reports as per management's directives. This includes regularly updating these tools to reflect the current status of documentation and progress of the audit process. + Ensure that reports are accurate, timely, and presented in a format that meets the needs of management and other stakeholders. + Provide periodic briefings to the team and internal auditors on the status of documentation efforts, highlighting key milestones, progress updates, and any emerging issues. + Prepare and present summary reports and status updates in meetings, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed of progress and any potential challenges. + Undertake control activities as assigned by the team, ensuring adherence to established protocols and procedures. This includes executing control measures and verifying their effectiveness in maintaining compliance and operational integrity. + Engage in additional tasks or special projects as assigned by the team. This may involve contributing to various initiatives, process improvements, or other activities that support team objectives and organizational goals. **Required Skills:** + The applicant should be at least a CPA. + 2+ years of external audit experience; Big 4 experience is an advantage. + Good understanding of US GAAP, SOX, IFRS & Local reporting standards. + Good grasp on risk & controls and it's relevance to the financial statements. + Proven experience identifying problems and developing solutions (via core audit knowledge, and conceptual and analytical thinking) as well as established experience managing time, resources and projects. + Strong oral and written communications skills, including process flowcharting. + Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio.
