Job Description

Leads risk-based operational, financial, and compliance internal audits necessary to promote the reliability and integrity of financial and operational information; to evaluate compliance with internal policies and procedures, laws and regulations; and to analyze the system of internal controls. Additionally, performs audit work related to the annual financial statements audit, employee benefit plan audits, and special investigations. Develops comprehensive audit programs designed to achieve the audit objectives identified in the annual audit plan. Leads audits of financial, administrative, and operational systems throughout the company within established budgets, target dates, and quality standards. Utilizes computer-assisted audit techniques as needed to maximize audit effectiveness and efficiencies and prioritizes workload to meet customer needs and departmental goals. Assesses risk exposures within each audit engagement and makes recommendations for additional audit procedures as necessary.

The work environment follows a 3 days onsite/2 days remote schedule.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $45.67
