**About this role:** We are seeking a Senior Auditor with experience in Internal Audit to join our Dublin-based Wells Fargo Bank International (WFBI) Internal Audit Team. This team plays a crucial role in assessing the internal control framework related to the Commercial Banking and Corporate and Investment Banking portfolios. As a Senior Auditor, you will be responsible for performing and leading audit testing components across multiple segments of the Audit Plan. Your role will involve identifying and assessing key risks and controls, executing and documenting work in accordance with Wells Fargo Audit Services policy, and developing compensating controls to mitigate audit findings. You will design and execute tests to verify control effectiveness, demonstrate professional skepticism during audits, and lead smaller scale audits or projects. Additionally, you will develop ways to enhance existing audit practices and foster business partnerships within Internal Audit and other departments.
