POSITION SUMMARY:  

Contract Management handles all functions that support customer loading capability at the terminals and contract generation within Right Angle. The Authorization Analyst role primarily supports the customer loading status at the terminal through deal and terminal download data setup, analysis, and issue resolution. Through this role, the successful candidate will gain detailed knowledge of DTN, Fuelfacs and, RightAngle deal setup as well as reference data and volume load control to ensure product is available to customers for loading timely and accurately.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Supports and manages rack loading through terminal download data setup for sale, exchange, and inventory transfer deals. Communicates with internal Marketing and systems teams as well as external terminal owners for setup and troubleshooting loading errors. Develops and implements setup efficiencies. Performs mass copies or updates of customer loading information. 

Establishes and maintains various Marketing deals such as discretionary, brand, direct dealer, and complex contracts by working directly with internal Marketing groups to support MPC customers. Proactively reviews submissions to identify potential issues and omissions. 

Maintains a broad understanding of system navigation, terminal automation systems, product variations, pricing and price curves, reference data, and contracts for process improvements and group education. Collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams on system issues and provides recommendations. Builds knowledge and educates others on Government regulations on products and various requirements. 

Leads NPR process, RVP season and control area changes. Proactively supports and collaborates with contract drafting teams to anticipate issues in the contract drafting process that would prevent accurate and timely contracts. 

Identifies and implements business process improvements that create internal process efficiencies. Advises IT of current and potential issues and collaborates with IT for potential solutions. 

Supports new Marketing strategies through creation of processes for entire team to utilize. Implements projects related to new business or M&A activity. 

Actively participates as Hammer Team member. Assists in development, training, and mentoring of P1 and P2 level employees. 

Includes 24/7 on-call emergency telephone coverage on a rotating basis.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 

Bachelor’s degree required or five (5) years of experience in lieu. 

Four (4) or more years of experience required.
