Based in our Nilai, Negeri Sembilan location; you will lead & initiate project related to areas of designing new electrical schematics, instrumentation, control, data acquisition systems and prepare integration of hardware & software with below knowledge. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• To support company goals, policies and objectives.
• Work with Tool Designers and Designer/Drafters to define tooling and fixturing requirements and initiate tooling improvement projects.
• To configure and perform programing for plant automation system.
• Work with supervsior for plant automation maintenance.
• Provide engineering support for manufacturing in the areas of operations team, customer service, planning, IPM and quality control.
• Work closely in a team to interpret corporate documentation and other reference materials to determine manufacturing requirements and processing procedures on new or revised part numbers.
• Resolve / trouble – shoot manufacturing / assembly problems encountered in the shop floor.
• Develop the necessary work procedures/maintenance program and provide or co-ordinate the training for the operators and supervisors.
• Work in a team environment to meet production and project related goals and cost objectives.
• Initiate and implement small to medium sized capital projects.

For This Role, You Will Need:
At least 2 years experience in a similar manufacturing environment with ability to evaluate and execute the requirements on manufacturing documentation and procedure development. Exhibit drafting application skills and techniques. Experience in a mechanical assembly manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical or Industrial Engineering. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English Language). Knowledge of material characteristics and ability to interpret manufacturing and engineering source documents.
