As a Senior AV Technician, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter.

HOW A SENIOR AV TECHNICIAN WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Provides technical audiovisual, multi-media, and video support services for meetings, conferences, training sessions and other events
● Work alongside team members to design solutions to best meet event needs.
● Work with the team to diagnose solve complex AV issues related to room design or meeting/event layout.
● Work in a collaborative envrionment where everyone's contribution is valued and taken into consideration on final solution

● By delivering a quality AV event you help to meet the overall GDIT missions.

● Excellent communcation and presentation skills to work with high level VIP customers.
●Use your customer service skills to deliver exceptional experiences and strive to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Associates of Arts/Associates of Science
● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Knowledge of Crestron, Shure, Dante, Logi, Vaddio, MTR devices, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Digital audio mixer.
● Required Skills and Abilities: Networking fundamentals, MS Office 365, Windows 11, Adobe Premiere Pro, video and audio editing, Understanding of electrical load consumption in room design. Writing and documenting instructions and or procedures.
● Preferred Skills: Digitial Signage, Black Magic, Davinci Resolve, CTS-I, Content management and room scheduling utilities admin.
● Location: On Site
