Minimum requirements:
3 - 5 years experience required Diploma in Food Science or Technology or a Bachelor of Science  Manage a team of bakers on quality, consistency and production schedules  Experience in confectionery baking, cakes, rolls, croissants etc Ensure that recipes are baked correctly  Training of staff  Understanding of quality assurance Understanding of baking Must be able to work night shift  Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license is preferred
