Employer contribution of 5% and 6% match, for a total of 11% + Comprehensive Medical and Dental Benefits. + Vision Reimbursement + Life Insurance + Paid Holidays, Vacation, Sick and PTO + Career Advancement Opportunities What We Need: + Supervise and manage daily activities, schedules and budgets of group home employees and consumers + Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, behavior intervention plans and oversee data collection and analysis + Perform assessments and observe to identify target behaviors + Monitor medication administration and complete appropriate documentation + Accompany individuals to and from various appointments + Assisting with daily living; cooking, cleaning, activities and community involvement, as well as personal hygiene What You Need : + High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years behavioral health experience + Valid driver's license (less than 3 suspensions and/or points in the past 3 years) + Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred + Must have active RBT License. + Previous experience leading teams and overseeing initiatives. + Prior ABA application towards DDD population. + Understanding positive behavioral supports practices + Understanding of data collection, analysis, graphs plus data based decisions + Familiar with ABC in describing behavior + Be able to adapt to working with behavioral DDD population Please visit our website to complete an online application: www.arcmercer.org Questions?
