As a Senior Power BI Analyst, you will play a critical role in leveraging data to drive business insights and decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with business partners to understand their needs, decipher the underlying motivations, and translate those requirements into technical specifications for optimal solutions. Candidates must be local. This role will be in office to start for onboarding (approx. 90 days), and after that will be 3 days in office and 2 at home. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize advanced Power BI skills to create insightful and visually compelling reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders. Provide guidance on data modeling, Power Query and DAX calculations. + Data Modeling: Demonstrate a solid understanding of relational data modeling principles to design and optimize database structures for efficient data storage and retrieval. + Business Partner Collaboration: Work closely with business partners to understand their requirements, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and uncover actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. + Technical Requirements Definition: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure clarity in translating business needs into technical specifications. + Agile Development: Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines.
