Job Duties: 

Analyze business requirements and converting them to technical details.  Design and develop end-to end Business Intelligence (BI) solutions or projects based on requirements gathered from client and interviews.  Design and develop complex logics for business Processes, dashboards and reports using SQL Server reporting services (SSRS)to allow business users to make informed decisions.  Develop automated scripts, extract, transform and load data as per requirements using Microsoft SQL Server Integration server (SSIS)  Monitor incidents/ issues occurred in project, conduct root cause analysis of the issues, identify and evaluate different workarounds/solution alternatives and implement the optimal solution.  Integrate dashboard reports into the organization portal securely for external client accesses.  Provide production support for assigned production servers. Tasks include but not limited to incident investigation (root cause analysis), service restoration, problem resolution, documentation and on-call after hour availability.  

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
