We're looking for a Senior Bid Manager to join our Construction business based in Witham. Within this role, you can enjoy progression opportunities, flexible hours and the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects of all sizes and complexities.

Contract: Permanent, full time – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know. 

Responsibilities 

As a Senior Bid Manager, you'll be working within the Pre Construction team, supporting them in building projects that support and develop the local communities. 

Your day to day will include: 

Assemble a bid team with the relevant knowledge and skills to prepare a winning bid  Follow the agreed bid management procedures and ensure they are implemented at each stage of the bid process  Chair Bid Kick off meetings solution development and mid bid meetings with internal and external stakeholders  Develop tender period programme, communicate actions to the team and monitor progress  Attend feedback sessions with the client and coordinate tender queries and amendments.  

Who are we looking for? 

Proven experience in bid management  Bidding experience on education, healthcare, commercial and leisure projects         Previously worked with a leading national or regional contractor
