A key member of our Client Solutions team, the Senior Bid manger plays a pivotal role in driving business development objectives for our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) business.This role will be managing multi-million dollar bid submissions and playing an instrumental part in winning work for the firm. Drawing upon your extensive experience in leading and winning complex and high value bids, you will present a unified proposition that surpasses any others. To do this, you will be an expert in business writing as well as use bid management methodologies to define the opportunity, establish the strategy and execute the roadmap to success.You will also be responsible for:
Lead and project manage the planning, preparation, review, and submission of bid responses.In consultation with the Bid Director and Head of BD- IFM, review all proposals prior to initiation, to determine the strategic fit of the proposal (go/no-go).Review aspects of tender documents for contractual, technical and win strategies, for success and profitProvide leadership to the team on scope, implementation of bid strategies, appropriate content, and monitoring.Manage input from the bid team, key stakeholders, and Subject Matter Expert (SME), whilst meeting timelinesSupport the bid governance and approval processes.To be successful in this role you will have:
Hands-on experience with bid submissions in a Facilities Management context/company.Proven project management skills and highly developed ability to lead large groups through facilitation to achieve required bid solution outcomesAbility to identify priorities and manage competing demands and meet deadlinesTertiary qualifications in business, property or similar preferredPeople leadership experience is highly regarded but not essentialTraining in ShipleyWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
